YANKEE CANDLE WAX TART - NOVEMBER RAIN.

The weather seems to be getting colder recently and there's nothing better than putting your feet up on a night along with your favourite candle glistening in the corner. Now this is new for me as I've always bought the jars from Yankee Candle, but it was time for a change and I was quite intrigued by these little wax tarts.

All you have to do is place the wax tart into a burner and place an unscented tea light below. Give the wax time to melt, as this happens the fragrance will be released. You can also mix and match your tarts to create your own scent. Each Yankee Tart lasts up to 8 hours scent wise that is, I have also found that some last longer than this. This is a great way to test out new scents and have a new fragrance in the house more often. Another little tip is to break the tart in to two pieces and use just one piece at a time, that's if you're like me and like to change your tarts quite regularly.

The November Rain scent is described as 'quiet interlude of the season is reflected in this airy, refreshing mix of watery leaf notes, warm amber and crisp, brisk air' and I couldn't agree more. November Rain is a quite a strong, fresh scented candle and you can really feel the season when you light this one. I purposely didn't light mine until November either because of the name, is that pathetic? haha. November Rain has to be one of my favourite Yankee Candle scents that I've tried so far and let me tell you I've tried plenty.

Yankee Candle have some nice burners that you can buy online and in certain stores that usually range around the £10 mark. The one in the picture above is just a cheap one from B&M that cost me 99p. The tarts are usually around £1.20, but they usually have a few on offer online.

Have you tried November Rains before? What's your favourite Yankee Candle?

SOME KINDA WITCH.

SOME KINDA WITCH.

You really don't know how much I love to throw on an old woolly jumper. The majority of my Summer clothes have now been packed away :( seen as though the weathers dropped dramatically.. it's been really cold these last couple of days in the UK. I much prefer Summer nights.

Anyway I feel like this outfit seems to have a real 'witchy' vibe about it... now I don't no if it's the skirt or the hat or both of them put together? All I really need now is a cauldron! Just imagine how amazing it would be to make your own spells and potions?!?!? Ok let me just get back to the real world ha! I'm forever distracting myself aren't I?

So, I've been really into my hats these colder months don't you reckon? I've never got one off my head! I'm starting to think I'm Ne-Yo or somethaaang. I think the skirt, hat, socks and boots give an  old jumper that new/edgy look you may just be after. As whenever I wear a jumper and leggings or a jumper and jeans I just feel like too much of a plain Jane, not that there's anything wrong with it. I just like a little extra something... maybe some would say I'm OTT.

I really can't believe Bonfire night is over with... It's Christmas next!

i best start shopping! eeeeeek.

MESH MESH MESH.

MESH MESH MESH.

So what do we think to the new wig? I've been tempted to have ginger ombré hair for so long, the only thing that was stopping me was the fact that my boyfriend has ginger hair too ha ha.I must admit I do really like it, but I'm in two minds whether to go full head or not as I've still got blue tints in the ends of my hair from when I used 'Washed Up Mermaid' by Bleach London and it's annoying me.

Anyway... I've been loving this little dress from Missguided that I recently ordered for just £19.99! I honestly bought it for the mesh dress that goes over the top as I've been wanting one of these for ages after watching one of Paloma Faiths videos that featured something similar. That girl is out of this world! I've also been loving these over sized fish net socks from ASOS the only problem is that they ladder really easy, which sucks :( so just be extra careful if you've got some of these in mind.

I hope everyone is well anyway. I've had quite a busy couple of weeks recently so I've been out of blog posts. I'm so looking forward to Christmas now and my baby nephew being born he's due on the 28th December eeeeek!
