LACURA Q10 RENEW | NIGHT CREAM £1.99*
Lacura Q10 Renew is an anti-wrinkle night cream that helps optimise skin structure, improve the skins elasticity and is proven to reduce fine lines/wrinkles when used regularly. Now anyone that knows me will know that I'm a sucker for a good night cream and that there's very few nights that I've gone to bed without applying one. Q10 Renew is to be applied to your face on a night time after you've removed your make up and cleansed your face. Now the first thing I noticed was the smell of this product it's a little 'old lady' but it soon disappears, which I can pretty much deal with. The consistency of the moisturiser is quite thick, but I find that even though it's thick it does sink into the skin quite quickly (yay, it won't ruin my pillow cases). Since using this cream I have noticed that my skin tone looks more even, my face feels very hydrated first thing in a morning, which it never really does as I suffer with dry skin. So I'm definitely impressed and I'm going to keep on using it to see if my wrinkles budge on my forehead. The packaging doesn't look like your typical £1.99 moisturiser either and it beats some of the dearer moisturisers that I own. The only thing I dislike is the frosted glass, but I've never liked the feeling of it.
LACURA AQUA-COMPLETE | MULTI INTENSIVE SERUM £3.49*
Lacura Aqua-Complete Multi Intensive Serum is aimed to improve the skins elasticity and help the skin appear and feel a lot smoother. When I was having a little look online before I received the product I was so surprised at some of the reviews that people had left about this product. No lower rating than a 4.5/5 and most people preferred the product to their high end ones such as Chanel, Kiehl's etc. So I couldn't wait to try it as there's such a big price difference when you think £50 to £3.49 isn't they? Now I've been applying 2 pumps of Aqua-Complete in a morning before applying my make up and I can't believe how hydrating it is for my skin. It's left my face feeling and looking a lot better than it usually does put it that way. The formula is very light weight and has a gel'ish texture to it, which is perfect if you're an everyday make up wearer like me. It sinks into the skin really quick without it leaving that heavy cloggy feeling, it doesn't even feel like you're wearing anything on your face, yet you're getting all the benefits? The scent of this one kind of reminds me of an old favourite of mine, which is Estee Lauder Day Wear, it has such a gorgeous fresh scent to it without it being too over powering and again the only dislike is the frosted glass, I love the fact that it has a pump dispenser though, much more hygienic. Go Lacura!
LACURA FACIAL CLEANSING WIPES | 3 IN 1 89p*
Lacura 3 In 1 Facial Cleansing Wipes for sensitive skin are a must have if you really don't have time to do the whole cleanse, tone, moisturise routine (we can all be too busy or lazy ha). Basically the wipes get rid of any make up, dirt and daily impurities. So if I'm having a lazy skincare kinda night I will use two wipes, one mainly for getting all my make up off and then another one just to make sure I cleansed properly as nobody likes make up left overs do they? I found that I really likes these wipes, they got rid of my make -up quite easily, didn't sting my eyes, and left my face feeling really soft and moisturised. Oh and they were really damp too (this is a god send to me, don't think I'm weird) there's nothing worse than buying a packet of wipes and them being near enough dry! Just why?! I was going to say don't buy cheap face wipes, but I can't even say that now as these wipes are only 89p for 30 wipes!
LACURA | MOISTURISING FACE WASH £1.29*
Lacura Moisturising Face Wash is said to suitable for all skin types and will help to soften and condition your skin. Now usually when I do you face washes they do tend to break me out or make my face really dry in places, but I gave it a whirl and wahlaaah I haven't had a breakout (touch wood). I didn't notice any big difference with using this face wash, but it does what it says.It does state that this product is fragrance free, but it does have a weird smell to it? Maybe it's the container?
LACURA | Q10 GENTLE DAILY FACE CREAM £1.49*
Ok so this is the Q10 Gentle Daily Face Cream, I think it goes with the night cream? Correct me if I'm wrong. This cream is for dry and sensitive skin that needs a little extra care and if you're wanting to slow down on those wrinkles. The cream contains anti-wrinkle co enzyme Q10, allantoin and almond oil oh and SPF 15, this is something we should all be aware of and making sure we're using. Please check your daily moisturiser does contain an SPF as obviously sun exposure is one of the worst things for those god damn wrinkles. I've just been applying this one in a morning when I know I'm going to be out of the house all day and let me say a little goes a long way. It doesn't have much of a scent to it, probably smells more like sun cream than anything else? and leaves my skin feeling super hydrated throughout the day. What I also really like is how handy the squeezy bottle is, it's one of those that you could pop in your handbag for when you're ever in need and helps control how much product you'd like to use.
LACURA PRO REVIVE | HAND CREAM 75p*
This is probably my least favourite product as I'm not really a hand cream type of girl, but I did try this out over the last couple of weeks and I did find that it left my hands feeling really soft and I didn't feel like I needed to reach for it everyday. Unlike some other hand creams I've used, my hands usually seem to get use to the product and then if I do stop using it my hands feeling worse than what they did to start with. Has anyone else ever experienced this? The formula is lightweight and doesn't leave any residue on your hands, you know when it makes your hands feel all oily and yuck?
Overall I'm really impressed with these products and I'll definitely be popping back into Aldi when my Aqua Complete Multi Intensive Serum and Q10 night moisturiser run out. I've even got my mum using some of the stuff and she's quite impressed! Sorry if it seemed like a long post and thank you for reading if you're still with me haha!
Have you tried any of these products before?
