FEELING BLUE.

FEELING BLUE

Say hello to my new blue hair! (thank my inner 13 year old). Now I'm not too sure if it's love or hate just yet as I'm not use to it, but I've had enough of my boring hair. I've had it plain for far too long. It's time to mix it up again. If you'd like to see a post on how I created my hair? Or maybe a YouTube tutorial? Let me know.

I recently picked up this little playsuit in my local H&M as I've been looking for items to put over my bikini in the day or for on a night time for when I go away later this year. Yes! I'm going on holiday and I'm going to Mexico! I can't wait! I also picked up these shades up in H&M and I'm in love with them. They was only £9.99 too, such a bargain! I was meant to be saving them for my holiday, but I don't think I'll be able to.

FAUX FUR & STRIPES.

FAUX FUR & STRIPES.

With the Summer approaching I've been adding to my Spring/Summer wardrobe. As I've said in previous posts I'm trying to add more colour (other than black) to my wardrobe. Now what I have worked out is that you can wear something colourful paired with a black jacket, gilet, trench coat etc. So that's as far as I've got recently.

Anyway lets talk about these lovely items...
The jumpsuit and faux fur gilet are both from CelebLook, which is an online website that has the most gorgeous, yet affordable clothes. I ordered this jumpsuit in a size 8 and it fits me perfect! That is hard for me with me being so petite and not the tallest of people. Hello troll doll! I absolutely love the contrast of these colours together, I don't own that many items in wardrobe that are pastel shades. What do we think? Yay or nay? I've honestly not had the faux fur gilet off either. I love anything with shabby hair! Now you can call me dumb, but I can't believe how warm these things are to say they don't have sleeves! (I've never owned a gilet before) ha. I can see this being a staple throughout the year already.

I hope you're all having a lovely week :)

RUSTY.

 RUSTY.

Can we all just take a moment to appreciate my gorgeous new bag from Etsy. I've been looking all over for one of these bags for about a year and I couldn't find one in a pattern that I liked, until I came across this one on the Etsy website and the fact that this bag was made and shipped from Thailand makes it even cooler than it already is. Do we like?

Now I'm not usually one to support a turtle neck, but I thought this little top from New Look gave the look of a turtle neck, without it being as high as they usually are. I think because I have a long neck anyway they just don't suit me at all, but I must admit I'm really liking this ribbed high neck style and I'm loving this rusty orange shade at the minute also. I feel like this colour is gonna be with me all Summer.

I've had some time off blogging this week (yup I didn't have any blog posts scheduled or anything. I'm such a bad blogger). I needed the time off just to get my day to day life back on track and I've re-vamped my bedroom eeeek. It's gone from super cute vintage shades to a very clean/sleek looking bedroom. I've gone for white and a very pale grey with mustard accessories. It looks so lovely, but I have no idea what I'm going to do when it comes to fake tanning. I'll regret buying those white bed sheets for sure!

Hope you're all ok anyway!

PUSS IN BOOTS | FASHION.

PUSS IN BOOTS.
Just a quick one today, over the last few weeks I've been having a good old think about my sense of style and realised that all I tend to wear is black or dark colours, but I've found that this is just one of those comfort things and it's very easy to blend in. Yet, when I'm looking/shopping online I always seem to like the bright, bold clothing, yet there's nothing like this in my wardrobe. So this year I've set myself a task and I'm going to be more 'out there', which means that the bright, bold, wonderful colours that I always lust over online are slowly going to be building up in my wardrobe... eeeeek. I can't wait. I'm no longer going to care what people think. Basically when I like something, I'm going to wear it! Why has it only just sunk in at the age of 24 that I don't care what people think anymore? (obviously within reason). I wish I would of had the confidence/same views at 16/18.

I know there's not much colour in these photos, but I promise there shall be soon. When I look at these photos I can't help but laugh... HELLO PUSS IN BOOTS HA! I had to get that out there before somebody else did haha.

Anyway, what do we think to my little earrings that I made? I'm totally in love! Oh so Clueless!

SATURDAY WISHLIST FT. HAWES & CURTIS - OOTD.

FOLDING TRILBY HAT
BLACK LEATHER GLOVES
LADIES PURSE
MILLY FITTED FASHION SHIRT
LEOPARD PRINT BROOCH
MERINO WOOL JUMPER

My Wishlist Wednesday has turned into a Wishlist Saturday and with Black Friday and Blue Monday a distant memory, I wanted to focus on something positive that would also justify a browse around the shops - Valentines gift ideas. I don’t know about everyone else, but I don’t need another teddy bear! Instead, I would love to receive something that I could actually wear that shows off just how well my boyfriend knows me.
Introducing Hawes & Curtis. They have been in the shirt making business since 1913 so they know a thing or two about it - and it shows. Not only do they make some stunning classic white shirts that are an absolute must in everyone’s wardrobe, but their fashion shirt range is full of wonderfully bright colours and fabrics. This cute Milly spot fitted shirt is my favourite of their new arrivals. They also have an amazing range of coordinating accessories and added extras that I would totally appreciate, like the burgundy ladies purse…you can never have too many purses!
You all know just how much I love a hat and their foldaway trilby is ideal as it doesn’t crush like other hats meaning you can take it away with you on holiday. The leopard print brooch is also a firm favourite that I could add to a scarf or one of my oversized coats for a bit of bling. Merino wool is meant to keep you really warm so this black jumper would be ideal in this freezing weather and so would this stunning pair of Dents leather gloves. They are silk lined for extra elegance and would make a welcome addition to my collection.
All men need a bit of help now and again and I think subtly drawing up a list like this wouldn’t do any harm to make sure you get something that you can really thank him for!!

Have you tried Hawes & Curtis shirts? What do you want this Valentine’s Day?
I hope you all have a lovely Valentines Day anyway, whether it be with your partner of with your friends. I've had many galentines over the last few years. Many Valentines spent getting drunk, shaking my thang & waking up wondering why the hell I did that last night haha. This year I have a lovely boyfriend to spend it with - oh so grown up!

Enjoy!

CASUAL DAY.

I've really got a thing for fishnet/mesh/black or anything with lace lately. So I'm quite surprised to see myself in a white tee! I was also a little late on the slit above the knee jean hype so I decided to make my own and pair it them with my fishnet stockings underneath and of course my lovely dockers that I received off the boyfriend for Christmas. I've pretty much had them on everyday since I got them . He did well ha! Keep them coming baby!

Sorry for the poor photos. I'm not too sure if it's the lipstick that's too dark, my poorly self or the fact that my hair hasn't been washed all week (grot bag) ha. God I'm a right little moaner today. I hope you all have a lovely weekend anyway. Just a quick one today.

MONOCHROME.

Hey anyway cheekies! I hope you're all doing well. I haven't done an outfit post in what feels like forever! So whilst it's not snowing outside I thought I'd jump at the chance of getting some blog photos done. God damn you shitty lighting in the colder seasons. I seem to be swearing a lot today - potty mouth. It's that dreaded hump day it gets me every time.

Here I'm wearing my favourite skinnies that I own from Topshop. I think white jeans really make a difference in an outfit, they really do stand out. See this outfit would probably of looked really dull and boring if I would of just banged on my everyday black jeans. We've gotta love a bit of monochromeeee from time to time. Sometimes you've gotta step out of that black clothing circle, even if it hurts ha. Can you tell I've used a different camera lens in these photos? I think they look a lot better than the photos I've previously used for outfit posts (I hope you all think the same) ha and yes, my back yard does look like some kind of scrap yard (tip) the shitty weather has taken its toll. I must admit that I do quite like it though.

Oh yeah! Have we noticed anything new *hint hint* my new pet by any chance? I actually have 3, but you can only see one here. HELLO PET DREADS! This one is Pirate and he was my first so it's true love. I really wish I was cool enough to rock a full head of dreads... I'd end up looking like that Cindy doll off Rugrats if I tried. Eeeeeeek you've gotta love em'.

VELVET DRESS.

I instantly fell in love with this velvet smock dress from boohoo as soon as I laid eyes on it online. I purchased it on black friday when it had no discount at all. There's only me that would do that haha! The dress is currently on sale on the boohoo website for just £15.00, so there's £10.00 off. It also comes in the colour berry and bottle which is a gorgeous deep green.

When I first tried on the dress my brothers words were 'where's your cauldron?' the little bugger! Although it did make me love it even more. If anyone says something is ugly etc. I've just got to have it. Sorry about the lack and poor quality photos. It was absolutely freezing and so windy (my hat flew off numerous times) yup... i was chasing it haha! I just gave up in the end. How cold is it lately though? It's suddenly dropped. I can't believe Christmas is only 13 sleeps away! Where has the time gone? This year has flown by it's been one hell of a rollercoaster this year.
